[Buffy will stick around because no one should wake up dead alone so when he does wake up, she'll be leaning against a wall nearby decidedly not dealing with the fact that she's killing more and more people she knows, or will know, today.

Yeah, totally used to dead bodies slumping forward. That doesn't mean that it doesn't bother her.]
