Danny might not have noticed that he had said the word love but it took more to get Buffy drunk than it did Danny so really she wasn't feeling much of anything other than a very slight buzz. Now she was left with the quandry did she point out that he'd said love or did she believe it was just the alcohol talking? Alcohol could make people love the whole world.
