Is there welcome to wear out at the Welcome Center? That sounds like a tongue twister. And snow? Really? In July? We're supposed to be having wild fires right now and hot weather and an invasion of tourists. Okay so that's just what I'm used to at home.

Anyway, I'm considering getting out of the Welcome Center but I don't know what the whole 'find a place to live that's not the Welcome Center' process.

More importantly, has anyone seen Dawn Summers? She's tall, thin, beautiful, long brown hair, a little bratty, a lot--I'm her sister and I was told she's here but I haven't heard from her. I'm worried.

There are numerous apartments open and available to move into, as soon as you're ready. Finding a job as soon as possible is a good idea, since you'll have to pay rent.

That's nice. I have two sisters back home and we're pretty close too. I'd be worried if I didn't know where they were for awhile.

I wonder--would you be opposed to stay with us...? There is an extra room I've been using for cloth storage. Until you're inclined to move out, of course.

Nah, we wouldn't send you away if you didn't 'ave anywhere else to go. Can stay at the Welcome Center as long as you like. But you might be more comfortable with a place of your own...usually you can choose any apartment that ain't taken, an' they go really easy on ya for the first month of rent. Gives you some time to get on your feet an' get a job an' all that.

There's no welcome-wearing-out, I promise. We've never kicked anyone out before, although most people get really tired of the no-privacy and make a run for it pretty quick.

I met a Dawn not too long ago. We kind of bonded over L.A. and... well, I guess there wasn't much to bond over, but I remember seeing her around. Do you want help looking for her?

It's fairly easy to secure an apartment by yourself. Though if you're inclined to take your time, people here are very accommodating. You likely won't be kicked out or rushed.
