I've got to say this is really feeling like home and it's not even May.

Stay where you are and check in often. Is there a panic room in that place?
[Buffy is out around the City with her scythe in hand. She's looking a little worse for the wear, covered in claw marks, dried blood and a bruise or six. Her voice even reflects the pain that she's feeling. She's running on exhaustion and adrenaline not to mention the latte she picked up a couple of hours ago. It's enough to keep a slayer ticking in an apocalypse and this qualifies as an apocalypse. The truth is she's worried. Faith is doing the lone wolf thing while everything in the City is just getting hairier.
In a way, it is comforting. This is what she knows. These are monsters she can fight rather than cursed humans. it's hard and it's scary but it's familiar.]
