[Buffy is lying on the couch in her warehouse wrapped up in a blanket. She looks exhausted mostly because she is. She also looks pouty because...well she gets that way when she's had a bad couple of days and she's tired.]

Freaky statues seem to have gone back to whatever bizarro world they came from. Everyone present and accounted for?

I need some serious 80's movie time clockage.

But I'm going to need some Terminator, Gladiator, Jaws, Piranha, Chucky... Okay, maybe not Chucky. [ As a kid, he hated that stupid freak doll. ]

Dolls are creepy. No movies with creepy dolls. Mmmm I'll come over occasionally to keep you from getting bored. Break it up with Saturday morning detention movies. [Because there are so many of those.]

I'm losing macho manly points every time you throw the word cute out, Summers. But I'll accept delusional. A guy has to be to want to sit through this. [ He points at the screen. ] Then again, this soda's good.

You should get some shut eye. I'll wake you up when the movie ends and we can go get something to eat.

With that sort of offer, how can I refuse? [She shifts a little so that she's actually lying against him instead of just leaning, stifles a yawn in his shoulder and really she'll be asleep in a few minutes despite the fact she does like this movie. It's too tempting: safe, warm, comfortable and someone she's pretty sure she trusts to watch over her. It's something she doesn't usually get.]

[ Once she's asleep, he'll gently shift her so that she can rest her head on his lap and he'll pull the blanket over her and actually watch the movie. Until he nods off that is. But they'll get that late supper. Via takeaway. It will be awesome. ]

[She wakes up when the movie comes to an end. Mostly because of the silence. She yawns, stretching a bit and smiling to find she's lying in Pyro's lap. She's not going to sit up, not just yet.]

[ Which is fine with Pyro because he has no plans to stand up anytime either. If and when Buffy notices the credits rolling though, she'll realize that her choice of movie has somehow turned into Die Hard 3. This smarty pants switched the DVD two hours ago post his short nap. ]
