Deities aka gods and goddesses. You'd probably need a weapon created for killing deities. They're hard to come back. I had a hammer of Thor once. It got cratered with the rest of Sunnydale.

Don't forget the convenient lack of actual death, too. Holding would likely be a better choice, though just as indefinite.
