Buffy had spent a good deal of the night awake. Even after a good, long patrol she couldn't sleep so she'd gone out to the balcony with a piece of pink paper and the purple glitter gel pens she adored and she'd written Danny a letter. She tucked into his coat pocket and crawled back in bed around 5AM. She curled up next to him and finally fell asleep for a couple of hours before the alarm had blared at her.
