It's a place for slayers, watchers, good vampires and bystanders stuck in the middle of the craziness to gather. Talk, chat, insult, grouse, bitch and complain about how crappy last night was. Or, inversely, to celebrate, brag, endorse, and shout from the rooftops. Really, you can do pretty much whatever you want there as long as you're a sentient being involved in this world.
